What services does Taxi Boest offer?
We offer a comprehensive range of rides: city trips for everyday journeys, medical transport and patient transfers, airport transfers, and regular scheduled rides for recurring appointments. Individual special trips are also available upon request.
How does the airport transfer work?
We will take you to your airport on time and in comfort – or pick you up after your return. We recommend booking your transfer early so that we can optimally coordinate the pick-up time with your flight. Please contact us by phone or email.
What are medical transport rides and who can use them?
Medical transport rides are special trips to medical facilities such as doctor's offices, clinics, or therapy centers. You can use them if you are unable to drive yourself due to your illness and a medical transport voucher is available. We handle your transport discreetly and reliably.
Does health insurance cover the costs of medical transport rides?
Yes, upon presentation of a valid transport voucher, we will bill your statutory or private health insurance directly. Please note that a statutory co-payment may apply – similar to prescriptions at the pharmacy.
Can I book regular rides (series rides)?
Yes, that is our specialty. Whether dialysis, chemotherapy, or radiation therapy trips, or regular commutes to work – we organize reliable recurring rides according to your personal schedule. Simply contact us and we will find the best solution together.
How far in advance should I reserve a ride?
For spontaneous city rides, you can call us at short notice. For airport transfers, medical transport, or regular recurring rides, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance so that we can plan your trip optimally.
