Dispatcher / Centralist / Telephone Operator (m/f/d) – Full-time/Part-time

For over 7 years, we have been a family-run business in Pfungstadt and the surrounding area. With a strong team of around 60 employees and a fleet of over 35 vehicles, we operate daily in the Darmstadt-Dieburg district and throughout Germany. Reliability, commitment, and closeness to our customers and passengers define our work.
As a dispatcher, you are the first point of contact for our customers and impress with your friendly manner. You keep track of all vehicles and always find a way to make forgotten doctor's appointments possible or get Grandma Hilde to her coffee morning. You advise the businessman who wants to be at the train station on time, as well as the group of party guests who, after all the celebrating, can barely remember where we took them before.
You always have an open ear for our drivers when they get stuck behind the garbage truck in a one-way street, or help a patient find their way around a clinic, and you always find an alternative solution to still serve the next waiting customer on time.
Your main working tool is a simply structured software that provides you with all the necessary information in real time and just waits to be fed with the master data of new customers to make your daily work even easier.
In summary, your tasks are as follows:
- Receiving and coordinating customer orders, both by phone and through electronic transmission and email correspondence
- Dispatching and managing day-to-day operations
- Creating quotes for passengers
What we are looking for in you:
- Reliability, flexibility, and motivation
- Friendliness, customer orientation, organizational skills
- Punctuality is essential in our industry
- Good local knowledge of the towns of Pfungstadt, Seeheim-Jungenheim, Alsbach-Hähnlein and Roßdorf is desirable, but at least familiarity with key points of interest is required

Clerk Medical Transport Billing (m/f/d) - Part-time/Full-time

Your responsibilities:
• Billing of transport vouchers and billing documents
• Documentation of outgoing invoices
• Verification of incoming payments
• Processing invoice corrections and supplementary billing
• Handling of dunning procedures
• Written and telephone correspondence with customers and health insurance companies
Your profile:
• Experience in health insurance billing or in the patient transport sector
• Confident use of MS Office
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken
