Dispatcher / Control Center Operator / Telephone Operator (m/f/d) – Full-time/Part-time

For over 7 years, we have been a family-run business in Pfungstadt and the surrounding area. With a strong team of around 60 employees and a fleet of more than 35 vehicles, we are on the road every day in the Darmstadt-Dieburg district and throughout Germany. Reliability, commitment, and close relationships with our customers and passengers define our work.
As a dispatcher, you are the first point of contact for our customers and impress with your friendly manner. You keep an eye on all vehicles and always manage to make forgotten doctor’s appointments possible after all, or get Grandma Hilde to her coffee get-together. You advise the businessperson who needs to be at the station on time, as well as the group of partygoers who, after all the celebrating, can no longer quite remember where we dropped them off earlier.
You always have an open ear for our drivers when they are stuck in a one-way street behind the garbage truck again, or when they are helping a patient find their way around a clinic—and you find an alternative solution so you can still serve the next waiting customer on time.
Your main tool is a simple software system that provides you with all necessary information in real time and is just waiting to be fed with new customers’ master data to make your day-to-day work even easier.
In summary, your tasks are as follows:
- Receiving and coordinating customer orders, both by phone and via electronic transmission and email correspondence
- Dispatching and managing day-to-day operations
- Preparing quotes for passengers

- Punctuality is essential in our industry
- Good local knowledge of Pfungstadt, Seeheim-Jugenheim, Alsbach-Hähnlein, and Roßdorf is desirable; at a minimum, key points of interest should be familiar

Billing Clerk, Medical Transport (m/f/d) – Part-time/Full-time

• Documenting outgoing invoices
• Checking incoming payments
