History
What began in 2019 with an idea, great courage, and just two vehicles quickly developed into a true success story. Florian Schaupp laid the foundation on January 1, 2019 – with passion for the profession, closeness to the people, and the ambition to offer more than just rides.
From these beginnings, a strong company with 15 vehicles emerged. Every step was marked by hard work, trust, and the constant determination to improve.
A very special moment followed on October 1, 2024: After more than 30 years of company history, Taxi Hertel was acquired – a traditional business known for reliability and experience. With an additional 12 vehicles, the largest provider in the region was created – but above all, a company that connects tradition and future.
Just one year later, on October 1, 2025, with the acquisition of Taxi Mahr in Roßdorf, another piece of regional history was continued with 35 vehicles. Here too, over three decades of experience were placed in new hands – combined with the trust to preserve what has proven successful while simultaneously pursuing new paths.
On April 1, 2026, a new chapter begins: Taxi Schaupp will be transferred to Taxi Boest. What remains is what has defined the company from the very beginning – passion, reliability, and closeness to the people. And these values will continue to be carried forward in the future. Now it is Taxi Boest Südhessen GmbH.

With over 18 years of international professional experience in the fields of finance, tax, controlling, and auditing, I have built my career in various markets, including Dubai, Denmark, and Germany. In addition, I have earned an MBA with a focus on finance.
In April 2026, I acquired Taxi Florian Schaupp, with the goal of further developing a regionally established taxi company with modern structures, digital solutions, and a clear focus on service quality.
Following successful experiences and continuous expansion in the Main-Kinzig district, the next logical step was to extend our services to the Südhessen region. With the same clear motivation, we are now bringing the expertise of Taxi Boest here as well, to support the local community with reliable, high-quality mobility solutions.
A particular success factor of our company is our dedicated team, which ensures every day that our passengers can rely on our service.
My vision is to further establish Taxi Boest as a strong and trustworthy brand in the region, seize new opportunities, and continuously develop our company.
